Medical Form: This form is a requirement to enroll your child in our facility. You can open this form in Adobe Reader fill it out online, print it off and bring it with your enrollment form.

Kidz Watch provides trusted hourly and flexible full-time childcare!
We offer child care services to children 6 weeks to 12 years old. No reservations are requried for children over 18 months. Infants under 18 months require a reservation. We offer a Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, and Snack Menu! Hourly rates are billed to the minute.
